Palacio de la Inquisición

0166

  • The architecture of the Palace of the Inquisition comes from colonial times, with railings on the bottom and top floor balconies. The principal entrance is of a Baroque style, with mixtilinear mouldings.

The interior of the palace offers interesting groups of works form distinct time periods. On the landing of the staircase is a finely carved wooden balcony, similar to those of the churches of ‘la Compañia’ which dates back to 1770.

The Palace of Inquisition is, without a doubt, a historic destination that begs to be explored.
